Graduation Ceremony in Galkayo WDC

A graduation ceremony has been conducted on the 1st September 2012 by CORD, whereby some 30 students were honored to receive their summer course certificates. During the course students were examined according to their understanding abilities and placed in classes were they would fit.
The students took actively part in morning and afternoon classroom sessions due to their efforts; they gained educational knowledge on the following subjects in their summer studies at Women Development Center (WDC) in Galkayo:

• Somali writing and reading
• Computer usage(Software Programmes )
• English writing and reading for beginners
